Use SMS-2-HTTP to receive SMS messages from mobile phones to any Application or Web Site.
Once received just as with SMS-2-Email, the external application can process the message further by for instance displaying the message on a screen through a Web Browser or entering the information into a customer database.
Each external application is assigned a dedicated SMS short or long code. The code may then be advertised along with a service or promotion in which you require information to be submitted by SMS.
